Designed and built two AI reporting pipelines, one for a client's C-level and one for Accenture's insurance leadership.

The challenge
During the Household UAT, leadership needed a daily view of progress and risks. Preparing that report by hand took around an hour every day and only showed a snapshot, not how things were evolving.
My role
I designed and built the pipeline end to end.
The approach
Scheduled Jira query extracts dropped Excel files into a folder; Power Automate merged them into a running history; and a Claude agent turned that history into an HTML dashboard sent to the C-level every day. The dashboard showed test execution and defects since the start of UAT, what had changed since the day before, and a short summary of what mattered, such as "5 critical defects opened in the last 10 days".
